LDPE Blow Machines Plants
Kollite Industries has built up a common plant to process the HM/LLDPE/LDPE materials, which are widely used in packaging process. The plants generally come in 38 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm and 65 mm screw diameters with output capacity up to 70 Kgs per hour. The maximum width is 1" to 50". Some of the attachments such as rotating die, rotating platform, screen changer are the other optional products.

Sutli Plants / Machines
Our company offers "T" Die/Blown film type sutli plants, comprising screws of various diameters like 38 mm, 45 mm, 65 mm, which give production of 10 kgs per hour to 45 kgs per hour. The maximum facility can be winded on auto cheese winder with required coil width of 40 mm, 60 mm, 100 mm and 200 mm. This is applicable for loose packaging and particularly as a substitute of jute sutli.

Blown Film Machines
The company has developed PVC oscillating film plants for the lamination process. This film is widely used on books, toys and photos to increase the sharpness of the goods. The screw diameteris width is generally of 65 mm and 75 mm. It gives the output of 80 kgs per hour.
